Avery A. Dial is an associate of the firm and practices in the areas of medical malpractice, insurance, and commercial litigation.
Avery attended the University of Florida and received his B.A. in English in 1996 and his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 2002. At the University of Florida, Avery was Chancellor of the Honor Court and a member of Florida Blue Key.
Avery's anti-domestic violence short film "To Hold You Down" won Best of Festival - Short Feature at the 2001 Berkeley Video and Film Festival. As a natural outgrowth of Avery's interest in entertainment, Avery represents entertainers in various commercial matters.
Avery has served the community as an Election Protection Field Attorney and a Florida Bar YLD Hurricane Assistance attorney. Avery currently serves as a member of the City of Fort Lauderdale Community Services Advisory Board.
Avery is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
