Alan L. Goodman is a partner of the firm, and focuses his practice primarily upon complex commercial matters in both state and federal courts as well as in arbitration forums. Alan represents individuals and businesses involved in an array of commercial matters, such as contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, theft of trade secrets, and the enforcement and defense of non-compete agreements.
Alan is an AV-rated attorney who graduated from the University of Florida with high honors in 1988 from which he received his Juris Doctor in 1991. While in law school, Alan acted as chairman of the University of Florida Moot Court Team. Alan is admitted to the state and federal Florida Bars and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Alan is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar (Past Member, Professionalism Committee, Judicial Relations), South Palm Beach County Association and American Bar Association, The Florida Bar (Member, Law Related Education Committee), was Past Chairman of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, Fifteenth Judicial Circuit and acted as a Hearing Officer for the School Board of Palm Beach County.
