Misha is an associate of the firm and practices in the areas of intellectual property litigation and transactions, entertainment law and commercial litigation.
Misha attended the University of Miami and received a B.A. in Music Business and Entertainment in 2002, and her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, in 2005. At Cardozo, Misha was a member of the prestigious Cardozo Women's Law Journal, a student of the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, and was a regional quarter-finalist in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition. Additionally, Misha summered at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, was a member of the Cardozo Tax Clinic, and was an Advocate representing women in Family Court through the Battered Womens Program.
Misha previously worked at Sony-BMG Music Entertainment in the Copyright Department. There, she worked with J Records, Arista Records and Loud Records' products, and worked closely with the labels' Business and Legal Affairs Departments to ensure copyright and licensing compliance.
Misha enjoys culinary challenges, boxing, and wine tasting. She also plays the violin in her spare time.
