The Medical Defense Practice Group specializes in defending physicians, hospitals and medical professionals in medical malpractice cases. Our defense strategy is based upon a professional, aggressive, yet cost-effective approach to protect our clients’ interests in these actions. Our firm’s clients include many major medical facilities throughout Florida.

Led by Wayne M. Alder, the Medical Defense Practice Group is comprised of attorneys whose practice is concentrated in this area and we also have nursing professionals on staff to assist our attorneys in developing defense strategies utilizing both legal and technical strengths. We also have experience representing physicians regarding licensing issues, as well as in credentialing and regulatory matters.
