Helena Zeng

Helena Zeng focuses on client development and external relationships at Seiden Law. Specialized in Global Business Development and Finance, Ms. Zeng worked at private equity firms in China and USA and lead multi-national deals in SPACs and IPOs. Ms. Zeng is fluent in both Mandarin and English. Ms. Zeng is a double Master degree candidate in Financial Engineering and Corporate Finance at Johns Hopkins University, and a graduate from Wellesley College with exchange years at Harvard University and MIT.
