Olivia Huang is a result-driven lawyer at Seiden Law, where she represents public and private companies in international arbitration, securities, and high-stake complex corporate litigation, spanning all aspects of pleadings, discovery, and appeal. Ms. Huang has substantial experience as a litigator and her practice encompasses a wide range of subject matter areas, including shareholder disputes, derivative claims, claims for fraud and breach of contract, and tortious interference matters. She strives to protect clients’ interests and rights with aggressive and creative legal strategies. Ms. Huang is also fluent in Mandarin and admitted to practice in New York State as well as the Southern District of New York.
Certified in International Business Law, she earned her LL.M. degree from Boston University and received an LL.B. degree with a minor in Mathematical Economics from Xiamen University, where she was awarded the Guanghua scholarship for the highest GPA of the year and received multiple awards from national moot court competitions.
