Overview
Samantha Schiavi is an experienced paralegal with an extensive background in both plaintiff and defense-side litigation. Prior to joining Seiden Law, Samantha served as a trial paralegal, where she supported and managed complex, high-stakes litigation matters; including a whistleblower case of national significance.
Samantha’s experience includes commercial litigation, in both Federal and State Courts; Criminal law, Medical Malpractice, Construction/ Labor Law, Premises/Product liability, Wills and Estates and Surrogate court matters.
Samantha began her paralegal career in public service at the New York County District Attorney’s Office. While in the Financial Frauds Bureau, she assisted on felony-level case preparation and Grand Jury proceedings for white-collar crime matters. Later, as a Victim Notification Specialist, she provided critical support to victims of Domestic Violence, helping them navigate the criminal justice system and access protective resources. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice from St. John’s University.
