Steven Seiden is a licensed attorney in the States of New York and New Jersey and a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York with extensive legal, accounting (including forensic accounting), business consulting, tax consulting and finance expertise based on his almost thirty years of work experience, including prior work experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, both global accounting firms. Mr. Seiden has extensive experience operating and overseeing companies placed in Receivership by an Order of the Court. Mr. Seiden has served as counsel and advisor to the Receiver over dozens of companies under Receivership as a result of a Court Order in various jurisdictions.
Mr. Seiden has extensive experience working with others professionals outside the US, including the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, Singapore and the PRC, in his role as counsel to the Receiver. Mr. Seiden has been deemed an expert witness in the valuation of Chinese companies that have been placed into Receivership by an Order of the Court.
