Seiden Law is delighted with the rapid growth and success of its sanctions practice, particularly with its work with matters relating to the US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Along with this growth in its capabilities and expertise, the firm is pleased to announce the promotion of Dov Gold to the position of Partner at the firm.

Dov has been a valuable member of the Seiden Law team since he became an associate at the firm in 2016. He has been heavily involved in representing corporations and private clients in highly contentious matters involving complex sanctions matters before the Office of Foreign Assets Control. He specializes in seeking justice for clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, and an array of U.S. law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Dov specializes in commercial litigation, cross-border disputes, and high-stakes judgment enforcement in federal and state courts and arbitrations.

Dov’s success in his work has earned him recognition from leading legal directories such as Super Lawyers and Lawdragon. He earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and studied Political Science at Queens College where he graduated summa cum laude. Congratulations on a well-deserved promotion for our newest partner.
