Last week, Seiden Law, in partnership with our co-counsel The Perles Law Firm, filed a compelling lawsuit on behalf of American victims of the October 7 attack who were “murdered, maimed, taken hostage, and other injured in unspeakable acts of terror perpetrated by Hamas and other terrorist groups in the state of Israel” The Plaintiffs seek damages under the United States Anti-Terrorism Act and the Foreign Sovereign Act from Binance crypto exchange, which for years provided a funding mechanism for Hamas, and the governments of Iran and Syria, which have for years provided financial, military, and logistical support to Hamas.
